At ODeX, we’re constantly looking for ways to simplify and enhance the payment process for our users. With the introduction of PayPal and QuickPay, we've made paying invoices more convenient, secure, and flexible. Whether you prefer making payments without logging in or handling multiple invoices in one go, our new features make it easier than ever to settle payments quickly and securely.

1. Paying via ODeX QuickPay

QuickPay is a fast and efficient way to pay invoices without needing to log into the invoice dashboard. Follow these simple steps to complete your payment:

Step 1: Visit ODeX Global

Step 2: Click on the "QuickPay" option located next to “Login” and “Register”.

Step 3: Enter your email address, invoice number, and payment amount.

Note:

  • All three fields (email address, invoice number, and amount) are mandatory.

  • Ensure your email is in the format xxx@yyy.zzz.

  • The invoice number must be valid and match the payment amount.

  • Only unpaid or unsubmitted invoices can be processed through QuickPay.

  • If you want to pay multiple invoices, click the + button to add additional invoices (optional).

  • Don’t forget to tick the checkbox for agreeing to the terms and privacy policy.

Step 4: Choose your preferred payment method from the dropdown menu.

Step 5: Click on the "Pay" button to complete your transaction.

2. Paying via Invoice Dashboard

Step 1: Login to ODeX Global.

Step 2: Click on “Invoice Dashboard” from the side panel.

Step 3: Select the invoices you wish to pay and click on "Pay".
