At ODeX, we are always working to make your shipping and logistics processes simpler, faster, and more efficient. As part of this mission, we’re excited to share an important update for Hapag-Lloyd customers in Jordan.

Mandatory Payments via ODeX from January 21, 2025

Starting January 21, 2025, Hapag-Lloyd Jordan has mandated that all import and export payments be processed exclusively through ODeX. Manual payment requests will no longer be accepted. This transition is designed to streamline payment processes, ensuring faster and more efficient transactions for all customers.

Since our successful launch in Jordan with Hapag-Lloyd in August 2024, we have been enhancing our platform to provide a seamless experience. As part of this initiative, we’re introducing two powerful features to further improve your workflow:

 


1. Get Invoice (Non-Freight Invoice) | احصل على فاتورتك

Retrieving local and detention invoices is now easier than ever with our Get Invoice feature. In just three steps, you can access your invoices directly on ODeX:

  • Step 1: Go to the Invoice Dashboard and click "Get Invoice."

  • Step 2: Enter the B/L number for the required non-freight invoices.

  • Step 3: Click "Get Invoice" to retrieve your invoices instantly.

From there, you can easily download the invoice or initiate a payment plan. No more manual follow-ups or delays—your essential documents are just a few clicks away! Watch the tutorial here.

 


2. Receipt Generation | احصل على سند القبض

Managing receipts has never been easier. With our new feature, ODeX will automatically generate and release receipts for all ODeX-approved payments.

How it Works:

  • Once your payment is approved, the system automatically generates the receipt.

  • Visit the Receipt Dashboard to view and download your receipts.

This eliminates the need to manually collect receipts from Hapag-Lloyd, giving you a smoother and faster payment experience—all within the ODeX platform. Watch the tutorial here.
